Up to 60 Months Payment Plan – Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is offered by InvoCare Australia Pty Limited ABN 22 060 060 031 (‘InvoCare’).
2. Available on selected pre-need interment rights greater than $30,000 made at all InvoCare Memorial Parks from 22 April 2026 to 30 June 2026 (‘Offer End Date’)
3. The following exclusions apply:
   a. At-need sites;
   b. Transactions entered into prior to the date of the start of the Offer; and
   c. Any purchases of greater than 10 interment sites (unless waived by InvoCare).
4. A 20% deposit of the total transaction value will be due upon entering the transaction.  Balance will be paid over 60 equal monthly instalment. (‘60 Months Payment Plan’).
5. Surcharges related to method of payment will be disclosed at the time of the transaction and will only be charged as permitted by law.
6. Should the purchased memorial need to be used (interment occur) prior to payment in full, InvoCare reserves the right to accelerate the payments so the transaction is paid in full from 6 months from the date of interment.
7. Should any balance fall greater than 60 days in arrears InvoCare reserves the right to terminate the contract and refund any monies paid.
8. InvoCare reserves the right to vary / alter or remove the 60 Month Payment Plan offer at its’ sole discretion following the Promotion End Date
9. InvoCare does not charge interest however depending the method of payment you may be liable for surcharge or interest charged by your credit provider depending on your method of payment.
